TMi24 & TMi28 System for Travelling Irrigators
Can work as a stand alone system, or integrated with the TracMap mapping and guidance system.
If you have a TM344 on the bike used for shifting the irrigator and pulling out the cable, you can ensure shifts are onto new ground and accurately placed.
Features

- Monitors speed of travel, and if the irrigator is not shifting fast enough
- shuts down the pump
- sends a warning text message to 3 cellphones (TMi28)
- activates a warning strobe light placed where you can easily see it (eg top of the dairy shed)
- Sends coverage map to the TracMap mapping system (TMi28 system only), which
- allows remote monitoring that the unit is being shifted correctly
- provides automatic storage of coverage mapping
- makes it easy to plan future shifts
- Robust movement tracking by GPS (does not rely on groundwheel turning)
- Turn on in the paddock by text message from cellphone (TMi28)
- Battery kept charged by solar panel - no need to change battery
We now have a Tracking and Monitoring system for Travelling Irrigators.
- Monitors travel speed of the irrigator, and if stopped/too slow,
- shuts down the pump
- sends you an alert text
- activates a warning strobe light on the top of the shed
- Reports the coverage track on our "Your Maps @ TracMap" mapping system. This provides
- automatic data capture for compliance reporting (if required)
- confidence that staff are shifting the irrigator as instructed
- mapping of effluent placement for integration into fertiliser application planning
